As a certified Nutrition Wellness Specialist, I will help you understand the relationship between nutrition and exercise and how together they make up your overall wellness. Positive behaviours will most often lead to positive consequences.

Nutrition planning is just that...a PLAN. And as such, the plan will consider personal aspects such as your age, health, body-type, and nutrition. It is not always about eating less, but about eating correctly and in the right quantity. You simply cannot out train a bad diet, nor can you massively cut the calories as the sole effort in gaining overall heath.
