Leanne started with a thorough assessment in order to establish my baseline fitness level, allowing her customize workouts to fit my abilities and to allow for progress assessments. Leanne's pleasant yet persistent demeanor provides me with the support and encouragement to push through each workout and to continue on with our weekly sessions, which are both key components for success. Each session is followed up to see how I'm feeling a couple of days afterward which allows Leanne to tweak the next workout. "My wife and I have been training with Leanne for several years, now. My wife attends Zumba Gold and trains once a week. I have a weekly session and then train on my own another two – three times. When I started with Leanne my fitness level was not very good. Through the months, with very
